Niagara Falls, New York

Completion of Interpretive Signs, Pond and Planting Installation

For Niagara Falls State Park entry and rapids area Heritage Landscapes redesigned a highway as an Olmstedian park inspired by the Olmsted and Vaux Riverway and Goat Island designs. To aid the public in understanding this remarkable land and riverscape, we prepared interpretive signs

The interpretive sign for The Riverway depicts the chronology from the 1887 design by Olmsted and Vaux to the modern parkway. prepared by Heritage Landscapes
